Full-Time Electrician

We are currently seeking a full-time electrician with the following responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, wiring. Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components. Perform all work in a manner that meets Regency’s high standards. Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning. Complete required documentations for service information. Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts. Hookup electrical systems and components. Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license in state of practice. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel. Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Working knowledge of electrical principles, materials, and equipment. Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work. Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems. Willing to work overtime.

Welder/Fabricator

The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

Responsibilities: Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products. Install and repair various equipment and components. Follow blueprints to meet product specifications. Calculate material measurements to verify specifications. Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance. Qualifications: Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields. Familiarity with welding tools and procedures. Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics. Ability to handle physical workload.

Woodworker/Manufacturing

Must have prior experience in woodworking staining.

Qualifications: Must have the ability and willingness to learn, strong work ethic, attention to detail and be reliable and able to work the hours required of the position, with no attendance issues. Ability to follow instructions and policies relative to quality and quantity work standards and perform repetitive tasks effectively with little direction or supervision. Ability to read a tape measure and cut wood or metals to specific sizes using a variety of saws, shears, cutters and sanders. Experience operating various pneumatic and electric tools, hand tools and non-power tools such as power saws, sanders, caulking guns, screwdrivers, utility knives, wrenches and be able to fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or fasteners. Must have experience in woodwork staining, sanding, cutting and assembling. Must maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environment and adhere to the company safety regulations, and assist in the training and awareness of safety guidelines to new team members in the department. Employee will be expected to stand, stoop, bend, squat, reach, crawl in confined spaces, climb ladders, work in high places, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks, sometimes for extended periods of the day.

Plumber

The selected individual will install and repair water supply lines and drainage systems.

Responsibilities: Assemble and install plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems. Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures. Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems. Prepare written work cost estimates for clients. Adhere to safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Ability to handle physical workload. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Painter

Previous experience in RV automotive paint or auto body shop is preferred.

Qualifications: Candidate must be able to work at production shop pace and be able to demonstrate concern for quality ensuring proper adhesion, color match and overall appearance. Color mixing and tinting, spray booth operations in an enclosed paint booth. Spray prepared surfaces with specified amounts of primers and finish coatings in an enclosed paint booth producing sprayed finishes.. Monitor painting surfaces to identify flaws and make necessary corrections. Experience using paint spray guns and various other equipment in a high-volume paint shop. Must have the ability and willingness to learn, strong work ethic, attention to detail and be reliable and able to work the hours required of the position, with no attendance issues. Ability to follow instructions and policies relative to quality and quantity work standards and perform repetitive tasks effectively with little direction or supervision. Job Type: Full-time

Upholstery/Sewer

We are looking for an experienced furniture and interior upholsterer to start immediately.

Qualifications: Must have experience sewing and upholstery, wood and automotive furniture covering. The ability and willingness to learn, strong work ethic, attention to detail and be reliable and able to work the hours required of the position, with no attendance issues.
